Pain in the arse

Got something in the mail yesterday from the ex in laws lawyer. Somehow I went from Plantiff to Defendant- as I initially asked the court to terminate their guardianship...now the judge wants me to prove I can take the kids. And their paperwork wants me to give accounts for my bank accounts, medical care, blah blah....ridiculous. I cannot believe these people are fighting me so hard on this. They think they are the best or some junk. Pride comes before a fall and I certainly hope they fall hard. I am my kids father...not them!

  4. Hi Brian, I know this was posted 14 years ago and the chances of you even seeing this comment are slim to none but I really hope that things got better for you, I watched you on supernanny tonight, I watched it on youtube and I really felt for you in the episode, it's not easy being a single parent and its more difficult when you are a single dad!
My heart went out for you in the episode, you came across so overwhelmed and like you were desperately trying to keep your head above water but by the end of it you seemed so much happier and almost like a light had been switched on again and the waters had become less choppy so to speak.
I was trying to find out more about what happened post supernanny which is what lead me to this blog, I'm so sorry you went through all this (I know I'm just some random person on the internet) and I really hope that once the court case ended you got your kids back and were able to have a wonderful home again and that now they are all (almost!) grown up your bond with your kids is stronger than ever!
